Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon; flake in small pieces.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into 5 patties.
    Brown on both sides.
    Best served on toasted hamburger buns.
