Pickle Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. squash, sliced
    2 c. onions, sliced
    1 large red bell pepper
    2 c. bell pepper
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Soak squash in 2/3 cup salt with just enough water to cover squash.
    Boil syrup 15 minutes.
    Then add squash and bring to a rolling boil.
    Put in jars and seal.
