Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter
    1 lb. cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cut up cheese and add water.
    Heat in a saucepan until cheese melts.
    Add butter, salt and flour, which has been thickened with a little water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over saltine crackers.
