Low-Fat Fudgy Brownies(Yields 25 Brownies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. canola oil
1/2 c. prune butter or puree (may use baby food)
3 large egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick coating and set aside.
Combine all ingredients except flour and walnuts in bowl and beat to blend with electric mixer on low.
Stir in flour and spoon into pan.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if using.
Bake for 30 minutes or until center springs back when gently touched with tip of finger.
Cool brownies in pan or wire rack.
Cut into squares.
