Chitterlings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. thawed chitterlings
    1 large onion, cut in pieces
    1 green pepper, cut in pieces
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash chitterlings.
    Pull off all excess fat.
    Split open chitterlings and clean thoroughly.
    Wash in several waters.
