Peach Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    4 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 sticks melted butter
    2 cans sliced peaches
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together butter, flour, baking powder, vanilla, eggs and 2 cups sugar.
    Pour 1/2 the batter into a large greased cake pan and spread evenly.
    Cover this with a mixture of the peaches, cinnamon and the remaining sugar.
    Pour the remaining batter over this.
    Bake for 50 minutes.
    If you like walnuts, mix in 1 cup to the batter.
