Ribbon Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 each (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O: red raspberry, lemon, cherry, orange, lime and strawberry
    1 large and 1 small container sour cream
Preparation
    Add 1 cup boiling water to 1 package of Jell-O; let dissolve. Take half the Jell-O (1/2 cup) and add 3 tablespoons of cold water; pour into a 9 x 13 dish.
    Let set.
    To the other 1/2 cup of Jell-O, add 1/3 cup sour cream and shake until smooth.
    Scoop foam off sour cream and Jell-O.
    Mix and pour.
    Let set.
    Keep doing same with each layer.
