Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/2 c. oleo
3/4 to 1 c. milk
1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope beef mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Wash and bake potatoes.
Melt oleo. Stir in\tmilk.
Remove
from
heat.
Add
soup.\tTake potatoes from shell
and\tbeat
in milk mixture.\tPut filling back into shells and bake until heated through.
Makes 6 servings.
