Barbecue Hamburgers, Arkansas Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, grated
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and let stand 1/2 hour.
    Spread on buns without packing, covering edges of buns well.
    Broil until done.
