Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. white corn meal
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can green peppers (you can use green chiles or jalapeno)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese and peppers; mix and pour 1/2 into greased pan.
    Spread peppers over batter; sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese.
    Cover with remaining batter.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
