Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each: sugar, oregano and basil leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
7 oz. thin spaghetti
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (optional)
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms and seasonings.
Bring to a boil.
Cook spaghetti; drain.
Add margarine to spaghetti; toss to melt margarine.
Place half of the spaghetti with half the meat mixture; repeat layers.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until bubbling around edge.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
