Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well, saving out some cheese for top.
    Spread in large 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Add cheese to top of casserole during last 15 minutes of baking.
    Serves 12 to 14.
