Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or a dash of Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 lb. flaked crab meat
1 c. butter or oleo
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, cayenne, salt and Worcestershire; mix well.
Stir in crumbs and egg.
Add crab meat; mix well.
Shape into patties; refrigerate 1 hour.
Melt butter or oleo in skillet; saute cakes until golden brown on both sides.
