Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime jello
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 lemons
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Soak lime jello in cold water for 10 minutes.
    Combine lemon juice from lemons, pineapple juice and sugar.
    Bring to a boil. Add softened jello and let cool.
    Add cottage cheese and pineapple.
    When mixture starts to thicken, add whipped cream. Beat well.
    Serve on crisp lettuce with mayonnaise, chopped nuts and paprika.
