Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. oats (uncooked)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pack firmly into loaf pan. Top with 1 can mushroom soup. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Yields 8 servings.
