Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine
    1 lb. Velveeta
    4 lb. powdered sugar
    1 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Over medium heat, in large saucepan, melt margarine and cheese.
    Spread, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Blend powdered sugar and cocoa into cheese mixture.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Mix well and spread into buttered pan, depending on thickness you want, 13 x 9 x 2-inch or 15 x 11-inch.
    Yields 6 1/2 pounds.
