Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon rind
    2 1/2 c. pared and grated raw sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs, beaten until light
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put potatoes in mixing bowl and add eggs.
    Mix well. Gradually beat in sugar; stir in milk, butter, lemon rind and lemon juice.
    Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Stir in raisins.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0
    until light brown and well set.
