Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. water
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan. Add onion and cook until tender.
    Add salt, pepper and flour; blend well.
    Add parsley, celery, potatoes and water.
    Mix thoroughly. Cover and place over high heat about 5 minutes.
    Reduce to low and cook 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    Add milk and heat thoroughly.
    Serves 6.
