Country Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    pinch of salt
    pinch of baking soda
    1/2 c. shortening
    about 2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Mix in buttermilk. Roll out and cut to desired thickness.
    Place in greased pan (bacon grease gives it a great flavor).
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
