Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1 c. sugar or less
1 c. sour cream (may use fat-free)
1 c. raisins, fluff by cooking for short time, then drain
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
1/8 tsp. or dash of salt
1 Tbsp. lemon concentrate
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar.
Beat until light.
Whip sour cream and fold into egg mixture.
Add raisins, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake for another 20 minutes or until filling is set and tests done with toothpick.
