Quick Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, mix together the water, yeast, sugar, shortening and salt.
    Gradually stir in the flour until thoroughly mixed.
    Cover this bowl; let mixture rise for 30 to 45 minutes. Punch down and shape into rolls with floured hands, or put in a greased loaf pan and let rise until doubles in bulk.
    Bake at 425\u00b0.
