Divinity Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. water
2 eggs (whites only)
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil sugar, water and corn syrup until it spins a thread. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Slowly pour syrup over egg whites. Beat until egg whites stand in peaks.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Beat until it thickens.
Drop candy onto waxed paper by spoonfuls.
