Chicken Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut in pieces
    2 whole bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    3/4 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. uncooked rice
    3 c. chicken stock
    1 2/3 c. chopped ham
Preparation
    Cut the meat off the bones and store in the refrigerator until you are ready.
    Combine the seasonings (next 6 ingredients) in a small bowl and set aside.
