Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Thaw potatoes and combine in large bowl with butter; add salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
Blend thoroughly and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Top with melted butter and flakes.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
