Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 large eggs
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Stir in bananas. Combine dry ingredients and mix in undrained pineapple and coconut.
    Bake in 2 large or 3 medium loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    This freezes well.
