Cherry Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

With cream cheese at room temperature, beat until light and fluffy.
Beat in sweetened condensed milk.
Add lemon juice and vanilla; beat well.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
Top with cherry pie filling.
