Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Scald the milk and oleo.
    Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together.
    Add scalded milk (do not boil). Mix well.
    Pour into pie crust shell.
    Then put crust in oven and pour filling in.
    Bake for 5 minutes at 475\u00b0.
    Reduce heat and bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and cool.
    Pie will be shaky, but will set as it cools.
