Broccoli, Cauliflower, Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 medium cauliflower
    1 box cherry tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. herbed stuffing mix
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Steam broccoli and cauliflower 3 or 4 minutes.
    Break into bite-size pieces.
    Drain well.
    Add cherry tomatoes, soup and cubed cheese.
    Mix gently.
    Bake in 1 1/2-quart round casserole dish.
    Top with stuffing mix and grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
