Peppy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. seasoned coating mix for chicken
4 unpeeled potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. melted butter

Preparation

Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1-inch wedges.
Pour coating mix into a plastic bag; add salt.
Dip potatoes in melted butter and place in bag and shake.
Place potatoes on a well-greased baking sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
