Yiayia'S Spanakopita(Spinach Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 lb. spinach (fresh), rinsed, drained and chopped
    1 bunch scallions
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    6 eggs
    2 cubes melted butter
    1/2 lb. phyllo dough (pastry sheets)
    white pepper
Preparation
    Brown onion in olive oil.
    Beat eggs and add to spinach. Break up Feta cheese in crumbled pieces and mix with cottage cheese.
    Add to spinach.
    Add browned onions; season with pepper. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and place 10 sheets phyllo into pan, brushing each with melted butter.
    Spread spinach mixture on top. Cover with 10 sheets of phyllo, buttering each phyllo as you add it.
    Butter top well and cut into squares about 2 x 3-inches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
