Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    4 slices pineapple, cut in 1/2
    1 c. and 2 Tbsp. sifted self-rising flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter in one 9-inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter and arrange pineapple in pan. Sift into one bowl flour, sugar and shortening.
    Use slightly over 1/2 of the milk.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add remaining milk, egg and vanilla.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Turn into prepared pan.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
