Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water (warm to fingers)
    1 pkg. yeast + 1 tsp. yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco
    7 to 8 c. plain flour
Preparation
    In a warm bowl, add yeast, water, sugar, salt and Crisco. With your hand, mix a small amount of flour to yeast mixture.
    Add flour until you have a soft dough.
    Knead in bowl 50 times.
    Let rise double.
    Punch down.
    Put on dough board.
    Pat out with your hand or roll out and cut.
    Put melted butter on each biscuit and fold over.
    Place on a greased pan and bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
