Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. apples, sliced
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Fill buttered baking dish with sliced apples.
Pour over top the batter made with remaining ingredients.
Bake in moderate (350\u00b0) oven until brown.
Some like to eat this with cinnamon and milk over it.
