Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless round steak or 2 lb. hamburger
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 (8 oz.) tub sour cream
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    5 c. cooked rice or noodles
    3 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mix beef, onion, 1 cup water and garlic.
    Cook on 100% power in a 3-quart microwave dish for 5 minutes.
    Stir once.
    Cook, covered, on 50% power (Medium) for 20 to 24 minutes, or until beef is tender; stir once.
    Skim off the fat grease.
    Stir in rest of water, tomatoes, paprika, chili powder, seasoned salt and soy sauce.
    Cook, covered, on High for about 4 minutes, or until heated through.
    Mix sour cream and flour; slowly stir in 1 cup of the hot mixture.
    Mix all.
    Put in casserole.
    Cook, uncovered, on High for about 6 minutes.
