Chocolate Easter Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato
    confectioners sugar
    melted chocolate
Preparation
    Boil potato until tender. Remove from water. Let stand to cool. Mash and add sugar until firm. May add nuts, cherries or dried fruits. Roll into shape.
    Cover with melted chocolate. Makes 6 servings.
