Easy Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless chuck roast
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. red wine
    mushrooms (canned or sauteed fresh)
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
    Use heavy casserole or Dutch oven.
    Add all ingredients except mushrooms.
    Stir slightly to mix.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Add mushrooms about an hour before serving.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
