No Bake Pumpkin Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell or graham crust
Preparation
    Combine pie filling mix, sugar, spice, milk, egg and pumpkin in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full bubbling boil. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes. Stir twice.
    Pour into pie shell and chill 4
    hours in refrigerator.
    Garnish with whipped cream and nuts.
