Chocolate Cashew Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cashews
1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. instant coffee crystals
1 tsp. water
Preparation

Blend or grind nuts until fine in blender or food processor. Add half of the butter.
Cover and blend about 3 minutes more or until mixture is spreadable.
Scrape down sides as necessary. Transfer mixture to a small mixing bowl.
In small saucepan, melt remaining butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.
Dissolve coffee in the water.
Stir chocolate and coffee into nut mixture.
Makes 1 cup.
