Salmon Loaf(With Egg And English Pea Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon, drained (reserve liquid)
    2 c. (4 slices) bread
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk solids
    1 c. liquid from salmon
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Drain salmon and reserve liquid, then break fish into small pieces.
    Mix with all other ingredients until well blended.
    Shape into a loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Slice and serve hot with egg and pea sauce.
