Tea Muffins (Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 c bran flakes
    10 raisins finely chopped
    1 egg
    1/2 c water
    4 1/2 packets Sweet & Low
    1 T salad oil
    1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon together.
    Add flakes.
    Beat egg and add water and Sweet & Low and salad oil. Stir in dry ingredients, mix well as possible.
    Add raisins.
    Line muffin pans with paper liners.
    Divide batter evenly in muffin pans for 12.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
