Four Cheese Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. uncooked pasta spirals
    1 c. milk
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 oz. Provolone cheese, grated
    2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes, until tender.
    Drain and return to pot.
    Add milk, cheeses and white pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until the cheeses are melted.
