Frosting For Banana-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. solid Crisco
    1/2 c. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cook milk and flour, stirring until thick.
    Cool.
    Cream Crisco, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla with mixer at high speed until light and creamy.
    Add cooled flour mixture and beat fast 5 minutes longer.
    This frosting is not too sweet and tastes like whipped cream.
