Cheesecake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat together all ingredients until light and fluffy. Fill lined cupcake pans 3/4 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes. Top with about 1 teaspoon of any pie filling and return to oven for 10 minutes.
    Cool and keep refrigerated.
