Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, peeled apples (sweet varieties are best)
    1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Roll pastry
    very
    thin
    to
    fit
    an 8-inch plate.
    Set aside. Mix
    apples,
    apple
    juice concentrate, cornstarch and spice and stir until apples are well coated.\tAdd lemon juice, if desired, to\tkeep
    apples
    lighter colored.\tPour into the pastry lined pie pan
    and top with the second crust or pastry strips.
    Seal the edges
    and\tcut
    slits
    in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
    Bake
    at

    for
    40 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Makes 8 servings.\tOne serving (including the crust) equals 220 calories, 1 1/2 fruit exchanges, 1 bread exchange, 2 fat exchanges.
