Mother Hershey'S Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. milk, divided
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat 5 cups milk to scalding.
    Combine separately the cornstarch, cocoa, sugar and salt.
    Stir in the 1/2 cup milk until smooth.
    Gradually stir the mixture into the hot milk and stir until smooth and thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla. Serve warm or cold.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
