Beef Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. water
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. can bean sprouts
1 can Chinese noodles
1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. regular rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Brown onions and celery in butter.
Add rice and beef and brown.
Combine next 6 ingredients in 2-quart casserole dish.
Add mixture which has been browned.
Stir in bean sprouts lightly. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with noodles with soy sauce.
