Copper Dollar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sliced carrots
    1 med. onion, sliced in rings
    1 med. green, yellow or red pepper sliced in rings
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 can tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Cover the carrots with water and cook 7 minutes ONLY!
    Drain. While the carrots are cooking mix other ingredients together. Pour this over the drained carrots, tossing real good.
    Put in refrigerator and this is good for 4 weeks.
    The longer it is in the fridge the better it tastes.
