Mock Whipped Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream butter, Crisco, sugar and vanilla.
Cook milk and cornstarch together.
Cool.
Add cooked mixture to creamed mixture, beating constantly until light and fluffy.
