Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pumpkin (fresh)
pinch of salt
1 egg
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a little milk
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix all together and pour into pie crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes and reduce heat to 400\u00b0 until pumpkin is set.
