Buttermilk Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
4 egg whites
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda in 1 c. hot water
